Orders:

 

Subject to stock availability.  All prices are in pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rate.

Delivery & Postage costs:

Products will be sent to UK Mainland addresses using Royal Mail First Class Post, free of charge where the order total is over £99.00

The postage charge for orders below £99.00 are :-

£2.50 for Small Jiffy/envelope, i.e; Servos, Leads, Glow plugs, Receivers, some spares.

£3.75 for Medium Package/Jiffy, i.e; Motors, Props, Batteries (not lead acid), Wheel sets, Tyre sets, spares too large/heavy to fit in the small package.

£6.50 Large/Heavy items under the value of £99.00, i.e; Some radio systems, Engines, Kits, 12v battery, Starter boxes, items too large/heavy for medium package.

 

95% of First Class post normally arrives the next day, this however is NOT a guaranteed service and can take longer. Please note that First Class post only has an insurance value of upto £30 for products that do not arrive within 15 working days. This is the maximum we can claim on your behalf for lost items, less the cost of postage.

Some free post exceptions do apply to products that have a low price verses weight ratio. These will be identified in the product description and will have the additional charge added at the checkout stage.

If you wish, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery at the checkout stage. This gives an insured value of upto £500 and is guaranteed for delivery by 1pm the next Working day (Monday to Friday). This service will require a signature upon delivery.  So, if your order is urgent you may want to select this option.  Sorry, but this option is not available for orders over 2kg in weight, a courier service will be used instead.

Higher value order, e.g. Kits, will be sent via courier for convenience and security free of charge. This service will require a signature upon delivery.

Fuel:

Will incur a surcharge of £5.00 and will be sent by courier as it is illegal to send these products through the post. This will be added automatically at the checkout stage for you. This service will require a signature upon delivery.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland will incur appropriate charges contact us for full details.

All shipments are governed by the Terms and Conditions of delivery as stated by each individual carrier. Clays Corner will not accept claims for liability or loss against late delivery of any goods.
